Winning Amateur Dressage Competitor, Lynnette Wadsworth holds USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold Medals in addition to USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold Freestyle Bars. Lynnette currently competes at the PSG level on her Friesian Cross Pinto gelding Dandy Van Aston M. Lynnette devoted herself professionally to music and dance, receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in dance and then teaching in both public and private sectors for 25 years. Lynnette and Dandy placed 2nd in 2021 USDF Horse of the Year Awards in the 4th level AA freestyle.
Lynnette choreographed everything from modern dance pieces performed for college dance festivals to local musical theater productions. Dancing with horses was natural for Lynnette. Her winning freestyles include the 2008 crowd-pleasing 3rd level pas de deux, “Born to be Wild” for which she and her partner Mary O’Brien were ranked 2nd in the nation. In 2009, Lynnette performed another pas de deux with Lynn Jendrowski titled “Hair”, and won the Morven Park freestyle challenge in Leesburg, VA. The Friesian Horse Association of North America has awarded her and Wietze G Year End Breed Awards for Freestyles consecutively from third level through Grand Prix and in 2016 and 2017, Lynnette and Wietze won consecutive U.S. Dressage Finals Adult Amateur Grand Prix Freestyle Championships.

Lynnette Wadsworth and Wietze G won the Adult Amateur Grand Prix Freestyle Championship for 2016 at U.S. Dressage Finals in Lexington, KY. Lynnette designed the Freestyle using a symphonic version of a medley of songs by “Queen”. In November 2017, Lynnette won her second national title with Wietze G. This time she wanted something really fun so she used rock music from AC/DC, Aerosmith, U2, and Van Halen.
